Notice of New Process to Become a Catastrophic Rehabilitation Supplier Effective July 20, 2018

Effective July 20, 2018 the Board has implemented a new process. The details are included in the Managed Care & Rehabilitation (MCR) Procedure Manual as well as in the Rehab Suppliers section of the MCR Division web page.
