The State Board of Workers' Compensation offices will be closed on Monday, January 18, in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. All SBWC offices will resume regular operating hours on Tuesday, January 19.

Now Available : “Track Policy” – A Coverage Verification Enhancement
This new coverage verification enhancement system will allow users to be notified by email if a cancellation or subsequent reinstatement transaction is received during the policy period for a selected employer’s insurance policy. There will be no charge to the user for utilizing the system.
Effective January 1, 2019, the filing of a Form WC-1 will be required in all claims, including all “medical only” claims.
