2020 Annual Educational Conference Cancelled

After much reflection, consideration and deliberation, the State Board of Workers’ Compensation has made the difficult decision to cancel its Annual Educational Conference due to concerns surrounding the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic.

The seminar ADR in the Workers’ Compensation Arena has been rescheduled to September 11, 2020.

Now Available: “Track Policy” – A Coverage Verification Enhancement

Now Available :  “Track Policy” – A Coverage Verification Enhancement

This new coverage verification enhancement system will allow users to be notified by email if a cancellation or subsequent reinstatement transaction is received during the policy period for a selected employer’s insurance policy.  There will be no charge to the user for utilizing the system.

Notice of Change in WC-1 Filing Requirement in “Medical Only” Claims

Effective January 1, 2019, the filing of a Form WC-1 will be required in all claims, including all “medical only” claims.

SSN/BTN Numbers Have Been Removed

Effective December 1, 2018 the SSN/BTN numbers have been removed from all Board forms, ICMS II and our agency database.
