Mr. Chitlik graduated from the University of Georgia and the John Marshall School of Law at Cleveland State University in Ohio. Prior to joining the Georgia State Board of Workers’ Compensation ADR Division in 2016, Mr. Chitlik represented debtors in bankruptcy cases for several years, then for over 20 years represented injured workers in workers' compensation matters. He has comprehensive knowledge of workers’ compensation law. Over his lengthy career, he has participated in thousands of mediations. He is a registered neutral with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution and has presented on numerous Institute for Continuing Legal Education panels on the topic of mediations. Mr. Langley is a graduate of the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama.  He came to the Georgia State Board of Worker's Compensation in 2018.  Prior to that, he spent over twenty years in private practice representing both claimants and employer/insurers in a wide variety of federal and state cases, including arguing before the U.S. 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.   Mr. Langley also spent over twelve years serving in the United States Army, U.S. Army Reserves, and the Florida Army National Guard, retiring at the rank of Sergeant First Class. His varied legal and life experiences give him a unique skillset to assess issues and effectively communicate to all participants in the mediation process. Mr. Langley has participated in close to 2000 mediations and is a registered neutral with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution.  He is available for in-person special set mediations in coastal Georgia, and anywhere in Georgia via Zoom. Ms. Reaves is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the North Carolina Central University School of Law.  She practiced before the NC Industrial Commission and NC District and Superior Courts from 1996 to 2008.  Ms. Reaves relocated to Georgia in 2008 to become an Assistant Attorney General, practicing before the State Board of Workers' Compensation, Georgia Superior Courts, and the Georgia Court of Appeals.  Since joining the Board's ADR Division as a Mediator and Staff Attorney in 2013, Ms. Reaves has mediated over 3,000 cases and regularly presents on the topic of workers' compensation mediation for the Institute of Continuing Legal Education, including for the ethics and professionalism credits.  She is a registered neutral with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution.  Ms. Reaves is happy to be of service by applying her 25 years of legal experience to settle an entire claim or resolve a specific issue.  She can be reached at [email protected].

Ms. Thomas is from Athens, Georgia. She earned her undergraduate degree from The College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, VA and her law degree from The Columbus School of Law at Catholic University in Washington, D.C. She is fluent in German. She was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 1996 and began her workers’ compensation practice representing injured workers. Beginning in 2000 she represented employers and insurers in workers’ compensation claims until joining the ADR Division in 2018 as a Mediator and Staff Attorney. Since 2019, Ms. Thomas also has worked as a Staff Attorney in the Appellate Division.  She has spoken on ethics and professionalism in the context of mediation at Institute for Continuing Legal Education seminars.  A registered neutral with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution, Ms. Thomas is always available to assist parties with resolving specific issues or entire claims and is happy to special set mediations upon request.  Ms. Thomas can be reached at [email protected].
