Kimberly Reaves

Ms. Reaves is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the North Carolina Central University School of Law.  She practiced before the NC Industrial Commission and NC District and Superior Courts from 1996 to 2008.  Ms. Reaves relocated to Georgia in 2008 to become an Assistant Attorney General, practicing before the State Board of Workers' Compensation, Georgia Superior Courts, and the Georgia Court of Appeals.  Since joining the Board's ADR Division as a Mediator and Staff Attorney in 2013, Ms. Reaves has mediated over 3,000 cases and regularly presents on the topic of workers' compensation mediation for the Institute of Continuing Legal Education, including for the ethics and professionalism credits.  She is a registered neutral with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution.  Ms. Reaves is happy to be of service by applying her 25 years of legal experience to settle an entire claim or resolve a specific issue.  She can be reached at [email protected].
