Directions From Atlanta:

Take I-85 South towards Columbus 
After you pass the DOT weigh station on your right, you will take the next exit to your right(Exit 21)
Take Exit 21(Sign says to Columbus) This puts you on I-185
Go approximately 45 miles and take exit 10 off of I-185
Follow the signs that say Phenix City
You will be traveling on the JR Allen Parkway which is the perimeter road around Columbus
Take Exit 1 off the JR Allen Parkway (Sign says Downtown Columbus) 
Exit 1 feeds into Second Avenue. (There is no left or right turn at the bottom of Exit 1)
Travel 3 miles on Second Avenue until you see Ninth St. (Look for tall white building w/black windows.)
Turn right onto Ninth St.
Get in left hand lane and travel one block
Turn left onto First Avenue
Turn into first driveway on right which will put you in the board's parking lot
The board is located on the corner on Ninth Street and First Avenue. It is a beige colored building with black awnings. Parking is in the rear of the building. Take elevator to Second floor. Wheelchair ramp is on the side of building.
