Physician Database

Welcome to the State Board of Workers’ Compensation Physician Database.

The purpose of the Physician Database is to provide a helpful tool in assisting the employer/insurer and self-insured employer when choosing panel physicians in accordance with §O.C.G.A. 34-9-201 and Board Rule 201. It is also a source to the employer/insurer, self-insured employer and attorneys when searching for physician specialists who are willing and able to provide medical services to the injured worker rendered under the Georgia Workers’ Compensation Law.

We encourage physicians of all specialties that are actively practicing and licensed in the state of Georgia within the scope of his/her practice as defined by Georgia law to register within this database. If you have questions or need assistance, please contact Patti Campos at 404 656-2048.

By registering on this database, physicians agree to provide medical services to the injured worker in Georgia pursuant to the Georgia Workers’ Compensation Laws. Registration on this database does not automatically place you on a panel of physicians. See §O.C.G.A. 34-9-201 and Board Rule 201.
