WC-12 Payment Update

In alignment with the Governor’s vision of a streamlined, accessible government that leverages technology to best use limited state resources, the Board continues to maximize its use of technology to enhance and expand our customer service initiatives.  Accordingly, effective August 1, 2026, you will be able to pay electronically for copies and certifications (Board form WC-12 Request for Copy of Board Records).  Also, the Board will require payment prior to release of the copies.  

You will have the option to pay electronically (via credit card or ACH payment) or by check (must be received and cleared prior to release of copies).

Electronic payments may be made through either of the following methods:

  • Within ICMS by attorneys and claims offices
  • Through the Board’s website by support staff on behalf of attorneys or claims offices, without requiring login credentials

As part of the Board’s ongoing commitment to modernize this process and improve overall user experience, attorneys and claims offices will also be able to search for invoices within ICMS and access & view invoice copies directly in ICMS.
