Joe Blankenship

Mr. Blankenship is a graduate of the University of Georgia Grady College of Journalism and the University of Georgia School of Law. Prior to joining the Georgia State Board of Workers’ Compensation ADR Division in 2021, Mr. Blankenship spent over 25 years representing employer/insurers and injured workers in Georgia workers' compensation matters. He is a registered neutral with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution. He is available to special set mediations in person or over Zoom for entire claims or to resolve specific issues.
