The appellate procedure set forth in O.C.G.A. § 34-9-105 governing appeals of any order or award from the members of the Board (Appellate Division) to higher courts changed on July 1, 2023.
This new procedure applies to appeals (Petitions for Review) to the superior court, filed on or after July 1, 2023. For further information, see below.
