The appellate procedure set forth in O.C.G.A. § 34-9-105 governing appeals of any order or award from the members of the Board (Appellate Division) to higher courts changed on July 1, 2023.

The Georgia Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) has provided a model template for the Petition for Review that appears to be required by some Superior Courts.
