Use the search box below to search our published awards database for Appellate decisions and corresponding ALJ awards dating back to October 1, 2009 and all Trial Division awards from June 2011 forward. Pursuant to O.C.G.A. §34-9-12(b), we have done our best to redact the names of the parties to protect their privacy interests, but we also acknowledge that we may have missed a name or two, and we apologize for the human error. When searching for published awards, we suggest that you search using an ALJ name, county of accident, date of accident, hearing issues or ICMS claim number. Please check the website often, because awards will be added on a regular basis.
