Leesa Bohler

After practicing law for more than 23 years, sandwiched around an additional 16 years serving as an Administrative Law Judge for the State Board of Workers’ Compensation in Savannah, Ms. Bohler retired from the practice of law in December 2021 to become a full-time mediator.  She has been a registered neutral through the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution since 1997 – mediating claims, first with the SBWC, and, later, with a private mediation practice.  She returned to the SBWC as a mediator in the Savannah office in February 2026.

Ms. Bohler is a graduate of Armstrong State College (now Georgia Southern University) in Savannah and earned her J.D. from Mercer University in Macon.  She has been admitted to practice in all Georgia courts since 1983.
