Board Forms
In order to meet the demands of the Integrated Claims Management System (ICMS) and to ensure efficient workflow, State Board forms are being returned for the following reasons:
ICMS/WCONLINE
As previously announced by the Board, the target for requiring all attorney submitted documents to be filed online is January, 2009. To request information regarding training opportunities for attorneys, send an email to wconlineclasses@sbwc.ga.gov or call 404-656-3818 or 1-800-533-0682.
