SITF Days

The ADR section is pleased to announce that in July of 2005, the ADR section is creating "SITF" days.  Unlike our usual pre-scheduled mediation days in Atlanta, Georgia, each month, the ADR section will designate 1 or 2 days in Atlanta where the parties may contact the ADR section to schedule a mediation concerning claims involving the Subsequent Injury Trust Fund.  The purpose behind these designated days is to expedite and consolidate cases involving the SITF.  For more information, please see the ADR calendars or contact us at (404) 656-2939.
