2008 Schedule for Cat Committee Meetings

The Catastrophic Committee scheduled meetings for 2008 are:

Thursday, Jan. 24th, 12:00 to 3:00
Thursday, April 24th, 12:00 to 3:00
Thursday, July 24th, 12:00 to 3:00
Thursday, Oct. 23rd, 12:00 to 3:00

Applicants must submit materials for review at least 30 days prior to the above dates.  Two packets must be filed, one with all identifying information regarding the applicant, mentor(s) and supervisor(s) redacted so that the application process is anonymous.   Additionally, please do not use personalized or company letterhead.  Thank you in advance for your cooperation in this matter.
