Board No Longer Gives Temporary Claim Numbers Over The Telephone

Effective 06/01/2004 – The State Board of Workers' Compensation will no longer give out temporary claim numbers over the telephone if a social security number is not available.  Forward the WC-1 or WC-14 to ATTENTION: Teresa Goodrum with a note asking the Board to assign a temporary number. The Board will notify the parties by letter when the temporary number has been assigned. Any questions please call Dana Prather at 404-656-2017.
